By accepting this agreement, I agree to the following:
1) Complete any and all PYO required Certifications and or Training classes.
2) Do not adopt any proposed special rules requested by the coaches.
3) Provide PYO a complete written accounting of any and all incidents inconsistent with the PYO Coach and Parents Code of Conduct.
4) Agree to the stipulated age relevant Umpire fees to Umpire a game as set forth by PYO. Game fees will be paid in cash by the Home Team Coach.
5) If the game is cancelled before ground rules occur there will be no umpire fees paid.
6) If the game is called off after the game is started, games fees are paid.
7) Provide the Umpire Coordinator at least 48 hours notice when your schedule changes due to a reschedule game (applies to all except Adult Umpires).
8) Adult Umpires are expected to honor their commitments.
9) We recommend you bring your own water for during your game as necessary.
10) Certify that I have not been convicted of any criminal actions and I am not involved in any other illegal activities.
11) Abide and be familiar with the PYO Members Handbook.
12) Abide and be familiar with the PYO Coaches and Parents Code of Conduct.
13) Support and abide by the PYO E-Mail distribution policy.
14) Complete a Background Screening (waived for minor children).
